All cards and designs on this site remain the copyright of Sequin Invites. They may not be reproduced without the prior consent of Sequin Invites. Any breach of copyright will be pursued.
Payment: No work will commence on the order until a non-refundable 50% deposit has been paid. On approval of final proofs, no printing will commence until the balance has been paid by cheque to Charlotte Quinn.
Proofing:
You are responsible for ensuring the copy on the proof is correct. Sequin Invites will not be held responsible for uncorrected errors following your approval of the final proof. Corrections at this stage will result in additional costs to be paid by yourself and a delay in the print process.
Cancellations:
If an order is cancelled, any work completed must be paid for and the 50% deposit paid will not be refunded. If you cancel the order after being printed, then you will be liable for 100% of the total cost.
Delivery: Please allow 4 weeks from approval of the proofs to receipt of goods. A signature is required upon receipt of order. If you need your goods for a specific date, please state this at order stage. Goods should be ordered well in advance of your wedding and as such Sequin Invites will not accept liability for delays caused by external events. A reasonable timescale from initial order to delivery is 6-10 weeks.
Postage and packaging: All goods are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Each order is approximately £25 depending on the quantity of goods. Goods must be signed for and a tracking number will be supplied. Sequin Invites will not be held responsible for any loss/damage to your order once it has been dispatched. The Royal Mail Special Delivery service includes a £500 compensation cover for loss or damage.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change but are secured once the 50% deposit is paid.
