Before placing an order, please read the terms and conditions

1 Select one of the wedding invitation designs or contact Sequin Invites for a
personal consultation and quote for a bespoke design

2 Download and complete the following order form or contact us via email on
info@sequininvites.co.uk or phone 0845 388 5741

3 Send the completed order form and non refundable 50% deposit to Sequin Invites,
10 Perchfoot Close, Parkside, Coventry, CV1 2UB. Please make all cheques payable
to Charlotte Quinn

4 Decide on the wording you require on the items ordered and email the text to info@sequininvites.co.uk

5 Within 7 working days, a colour sample of your ordered items will be sent to you via email. You will need to check the details thoroughly and send an email of your approval

6 Once you have approved the artwork, you will need to send a cheque for the balance of your order. On receipt of your cheque, the order will proceed to print. Should you make any revisions following approval you will incur additional charges

7 You should receive your order within 4 weeks via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Your tracking number will be supplied and the order will need to be signed for
